锅炉蛇形管弯管机用电液换向阀液动力影响因素仿真分析

摘要 针对液动力影响电液换向阀响应时间、换向精度等主要性能参数的问题,以锅炉蛇形管弯管机用电液换向阀为例,推导并建立考虑径向间隙电液换向阀的液动力方程,利用AMESim建立其仿真模型,仿真分析不同径向间隙、阀套直径、系统流量等参数对阀液动力的影响。研究结果表明:随着主阀径向间隙增加,液动力逐渐增加;随着主阀阀套直径的降低,主阀液动力急剧增加;随着系统流量的增加,主阀液动力急剧增加。 As the main performance parameters of electro-hydraulic directional valve like response time and reversing accuracy are affected by hydraulic force,the hydrodynamic equation of electro-hydraulic directional valve,with the electro-hydraulic directional valve of boiler serpentine tube bender taken as an example,is deduced and established considering radial clearance.By AMESim,the simulation model is established,and the influence of different radial clearance,valve sleeve diameter,system flow and other parameters on valve hydrodynamic force is simulated and analyzed.The research results show that hydraulic force increases gradually along with the increase of main valve radial clearance,and main valve hydraulic force increases drastically in the wake of the decease of main valve sleeve diameter as well as the increase of system flow.
