镀锌机组退火炉W型辐射管损伤的数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对某冷轧厂热镀锌机组的W型辐射管严重变形、开裂甚至损伤问题进行分析;利用SolidWorks建模,运用Workbench对其有限元数值模拟,得到辐射管的应力、应变分布。分析得到薄弱环节再与现场辐射管损坏部位对比,得出开裂原因为结构设计缺陷,然后在原有结构的基础上进行模型优化和相应的仿真模拟。结果证明:优化后的模型应力、应变改善明显,可为辐射管结构进一步优化提供借鉴。 The serious deformation,cracking and even damage of W-shaped radiant tube of hot dip galvanizing unit in a cold rolling mill are analyzed.SolidWorks is applied to build the model,and by Workbench software,finite element numerical simulation is conducted to abtain the radiation tube stress and strain distribution.The weak parts of stress and strain abtained through analysis are compared with the cracking and damaged parts of the radiation pipe,aquiring that the cracking of the radiation pipe is caused by the defects in the structural design.Based on the original structure,the model optimization and the corresponding simulation are carried out.The results show that the stress and strain of the optimized model are improved obviously,which provides a reference for the further optimization of the radiant tube structure.
