摘要
在分析节流调速回路工作原理的基础上,基于AMESim建立容积节流调速回路仿真模型,仿真分析液压缸泄漏对系统稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着液压缸泄漏间隙的增大,活塞的平均速度逐渐降低;随着负载的增加,系统速度的稳定性逐渐降低。该结论可为调速回路的设计及优化提供理论依据。
Based on the analysis of the working principle of throttle speed control loop,a simulation model of volume throttle speed control loop is built with AMESim,and the influence of hydraulic cylinder leakage on system stability is analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the leakage clearance of the hydraulic cylinder,the average speed of the piston gradually decreases,and with the increase of the load,the stability of the system speed gradually decreases.The conclusion provides theoretical basis for the design and optimization of speed regulating circuit.
