乡村治理法治化的推进与发展路径研究

推进乡村治理法治化建设,是全面实现乡村振兴战略的重要举措,同时也是依法治国政策在农村地区的主要体现方式,通过乡村治理法治化建设逐步完善乡村治理体系,为乡村自治工作的开展提供法律支持。在实际工作中,受到各种因素的影响,乡村法治化治理暴露出部分基层政府治理能力有限、制度建设有待完善等问题。相关工作人员需要依照乡村治理法治化建设的基本趋势,通过完善制度建设、缩短城乡治理差距、提升基层政府执政能力等方式,突破乡村治理法治化建设,全面提升乡村治理水平。

Promoting the construction of rule of law in rural governance is an important measure to comprehensively realize the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and is also the main embodiment of the policy of ruling the country by law in rural areas.Through the construction of rule of law in rural governance,the rural governance system will be gradually improved to provide legal support for the development of rural autonomy.In the actual work,affected by various factors,the rule of law governance in rural areas has exposed some problems such as limited governance capacity of some grass-roots governments and system construction to be improved.Relevant staff need to break through the difficulties encountered in the process of the rule of law construction of rural governance and comprehensively improve the level of rural governance by improving the system construction,shortening the gap between urban and rural governance,and improving the governance capacity of grass-roots governments in accordance with the basic trend of the rule of law construction of rural governance.
