摘要
为明确添加菌剂对堆肥过程及产品质量的影响,实现工厂化堆肥处理猪粪和菌糠,并生产商品有机肥的过程控制,本试验以猪粪和菌糠为堆肥原料,以是否添加菌剂为试验处理,进行了为期40天的条垛式堆肥研究,并对堆肥进程和质量相关指标变化进行了分析研究。结果表明:CK和MA处理的堆温维持在50℃以上的天数分别为8 d和12 d,均达到了高温堆肥的卫生标准,本试验中堆肥产品添加菌剂,GI值提高了10个百分点,加快了腐熟速度,提升了有机物料腐熟质量。
In order to clear the influence of microorganism agent on composting process and product quality,realize the process control of pig manure composting with mushroom residue,and producing commodity organic fertilizer under the condition of factory,an experiment was conducted.This experiment selected pig manure and mushroom residue as the raw material,set treatments with whether adding microorganism agent or not,conducted for 40 days in the form of windrow composting,and analyzed the related index of the composting process and quality in this period.The results showed that the pile temperature of CK and MA remained above 50℃for 8 d and 12d respectively,and reached the high temperature compost hygiene standards.In this experiment,adding microorganism agent had 10-point increase on the GI and sped up the ripening speed and improved the ripening quality of organic materials.
