摘要
针对传统人工进行双作物播种过程中,易产生投放种料不定量、适应性差、播种效率低、人工成本高等问题。设计了一种双作物农业播种机,通过工作装置实现挖土和种子播种功能,有效地解决播种效率低、人工成本高的问题;通过排料装置实现肥料与种子的周期性切换,有效地解决投放种子与肥料不定量问题;通过放料装置有效地解决两种不同作物的播种功能。设计的播种机播种效率高,人工成本低,经济性好,定量播种效果好,达到装置设计的技术要求及有益效果。
In view of the traditional manual dual crop sowing process,it is easy to produce problems such as indefinite seed material,poor adaptability,low sowing efficiency and high labor cost.A dual crop agricultural seeder was designed,which realized the functions of soil digging and seed sowing through the working device,effectively solving the problems of low sowing efficiency and high labor cost;The periodic switch between fertilizer and seed is realized through the discharging device,which effectively solves the problem of indefinite quantity of seed and fertilizer;The sowing function of two different crops can be effectively solved through the feeding device.The designed seeder has high seeding efficiency,low labor cost,good economy,and good quantitative seeding effect,meeting the technical requirements and beneficial effects of the device design.
