乡村振兴背景下湘鄂川黔革命老区振兴的路径探究

Research on the Path to Revitalize the Old Revolutionary Base Areas of Hunan Hubei Sichuan and Guizhou Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

革命老区作为党和人民军队的根,见证了中国人民选择中国共产党的历程,而他们多位于多省交界的欠发达地区。为了促进革命老区的振兴工作,需要做到贯彻党中央总要求与分类施策的有机结合。针对湘鄂川黔革命老区的振兴,需要在明确乡村振兴提出之主要历程和遵循的基础上,探寻乡村振兴与脱贫攻坚的耦合性与差异性,并通过践行湘鄂川黔革命根据地的“服务、服从、敢战、善战”的精神,创新性破解湘鄂川黔革命老区振兴中存在的困惑,实现湘鄂川黔革命老区人民对美好生活的向往与追求。

As the roots of the Party and the people’s army,the old revolutionary base areas have witnessed the process of the Chinese people choosing the CPC,and they are mostly located in underdeveloped areas in the border areas of several provinces.In order to promote the revitalization of the old revolutionary base areas,it is necessary to organically combine the implementation of the general requirements of the CPC Central Committee with the implementation of classified policies.In view of the revitalization of the old revolutionary base areas in Hunan,Hubei,Sichuan and Guizhou,it is necessary to explore the coupling and difference between rural revitalization and poverty alleviation on the basis of defining the main process and following of rural revitalization,and practice the spirit of"service,obedience,courage and good fighting"in the revolutionary base areas in Hunan,Hubei,Sichuan and Guizhou,Innovatively solve the puzzles existing in the revitalization of the old revolutionary base areas of Hunan,Hubei,Sichuan and Guizhou,and realize the people’s yearning and pursuit of a better life in the old revolutionary base areas of Hunan,Hubei,Sichuan and Guizhou.
