摘要 电子天平的准确性是衡量其称重功能最重要的指标之一。本文对分度值分别为0.1mg、0.01mg、0.001mg的三种电子天平进行称量准确性研究,实验表明,分度值0.1mg和0.01mg的电子天平在保证环境和样品稳定、人员状态良好和电子天平充分预热的前提下,称量准确性良好;而分度值0.001mg的电子天平,在满足上述条件的前提下,需称量激活步骤,方可确保称量结果的准确性。该研究成果可为电子天平的校准、检定、使用等工作提供重要的参考。 The accuracy of electronic balance is one of the most important indicators to measure its weighing function.The weighing accuracy of three electronic balances with scale interval of 0.1mg, 0.01mg and 0.001mg respectively was studied.It was found that the electronic balance with scale interval of 0.1mg and 0.01mg could obtain good weighing accuracy under the stable environment, samples, personnel and fully preheat of the electronic balance.However, the electronic balance with scale interval of 0.001mg must meet the above conditions and the operation of weighing activation to ensure the accuracy of weighing results.The research results can provide important reference for the calibration, verification and use of electronic balance.
