数字式温湿度计湿度修正值的不确定度评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty of Humidity Correction Value of Digital Temperature-hygrometer

依据JJF 1076-2020《数字式温湿度计校准规范》,使用冷镜式精密露点仪和温湿度标准箱作为标准器,采用比较法对数字式温湿度计湿度修正值进行校准,分析了校准过程中的不确定度来源,并对校准结果的不确定度进行评定。

According to the calibration specification JJF 1076-2020 for digital temperature-hygrometers, the chilled-mirror dew-point hygrometer and the temperature and humidity standard chamber were used as standard instrument, and the humidity correction value of digital temperature-hygrometer was calibrated by comparison method.The source of uncertainty in the calibration process was analyzed systematically, and the uncertainty of the calibration results was evaluated.
