摘要
在“碳达峰、碳中和”的背景下,将工业生产过程中排放的CO_(2)捕捉后,低温压缩为液态二氧化碳(简称LCO_(2))并采用低温球形储罐存储后充分利用,可实现工业过程的碳减排。以1000 m 3低温LCO_(2)球罐为例,识别其在设计、制造阶段中可能存在的损伤模式,加以预防,有效降低球罐在服役中可能出现的风险,为低温球罐的建造人员提供方法借鉴。
Under the background of“carbon peaking and carbon neutralization”,capturing the CO_(2)emitted during industrial production process,carbon dioxide is compressed into liquid state(referred to as LCO_(2))at low temperature and utilized enough to reduce carbon emission after storaging in low temperature spherical tanks.Taking 1000 m 3 low temperature LCO_(2)spherical tank as an example,this paper identifies the possible failure modes in the design and manufacturing stages,and takes precautions to effectively reduce the possible risks of the spherical tank in service.In addition,it also provides references for the constructors of cryogenic spherical tanks.
