摘要
在换热器设备制造过程中,换热管与管板的连接工艺和制造质量是影响换热器设备使用寿命的关键。结合某国外核电站项目安全注入系统(RIS)热交换器设备管子管板胀接工艺的策划过程,对基于应力腐蚀风险工况准则下的胀接工艺的选择和实施进行介绍,同时对过程中出现的问题进行了描述和分析。
In the manufacturing process of heat exchanger equipment,the connection process and manufacturing quality of heat exchange tube and tubesheet are the key factors affecting the service life of heat exchanger equipment.Combined with theplanning process of tube tube-sheet expansion process of RIS system heat exchanger equipment in a foreign nuclear power plant project,this paper introduces the selection and implementation of expansion process based on stress corrosion risk condition,and describes and analyzes the problems in the process.
