培育时代新人视域下强化高校招生宣传育人功能有效路径探析

An Effective Approach to Strengthening the Function of Education in Universities’Enrollment Publicity from the Perspective of Cultivating Contemporary Talents

实施时代新人培育工程,是党中央对加强和改进思想政治工作作出的一项战略部署,深化了高校落实立德树人根本任务的价值内涵和时代特色。高校要更加善于运用各类教育资源,深化“三全育人”综合改革,积极探索时代新人培养路径。近年来,高校组织开展的学生返家乡寒假招生宣传实践活动,对大学生品格塑造和成长成才发挥了积极育人作用。调研发现,大学生参与招生宣传有助于锤炼奋斗精神,增强综合素质,塑造感恩品格。

The implementation of the project of cultivating contemporary talents is a strategic deployment made by the Party Central Committee to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work,which deepens the value connotation and characteristics of the times of implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people in universities.Universities should be better at using all kinds of educational resources,deepening the comprehensive reform of“San Quan Education”,and actively exploring the path of cultivating contemporary talents.In recent years,universities have organized and carried out the enrollment publicity practice of students when returning home for winter vacation,which played an active role in educating students in shaping their character and growing up.The survey finds that college students’participation in the enrollment publicity helps to temper their spirit of struggle,enhance their comprehensive quality and shape their grateful character.
