电力配网运行可靠性的主要影响因素及防范对策

Main Influencing Factors and Preventive Countermeasures of Power Distribution Network Operation Reliability

在我国城市化建设稳步发展的进程中,人们日常生活、生产等活动对电力供应的需求也持续增长。电力配网运行成为支撑社会产业、制造业、居民生活的重要组成部分。据调查数据显示,2020年一季度全国用电量达2.04万亿kW•h,同比增长5.0%,比2021年同期两年平均增速降低2.0%,比2021年四季度同比增速提高1.7%。巨大的供电需求对我国电力配网工作提出了更高的要求。而目前我国电力配网运行中在技术、管理方面存在诸多根源性问题未得到解决,以及一些不可抗环境因素等问题,严重影响我国电力配网运行可靠性。文章,根据电力配网过程中的一些典型问题,分析具体影响因素,并且提出针对性改善及防范策略。

In the process of the steady development of urbanization in my country,the demand for electricity supply in people’s daily life,production and other activities also continues to increase.The operation of power distribution network has become an important part of supporting social industries,manufacturing,and residents’lives.According to the survey data,the national electricity consumption in the first quarter of 2020 reached 2.04 trillion kWh,a year-on-year increase of 5.0%,which was 2.0 percentage points lower than the two-year average growth rate in the same period of 2021,and higher than the year-on�year growth rate in the fourth quarter of 2021.1.7 percentage points.The huge demand for power supply has put forward higher requirements for the distribution network work in stores in my country.At present,there are many root problems in technology and management in the operation of my country’s power distribution network that have not been solved,as well as some irresistible environmental factors,which seriously affect the reliability of the operation of the distribution network in stores in my country.According to some typical problems in the power distribution network process in the past,this paper analyzes the specific influencing factors,and proposes targeted improvement and prevention strategies.
