火力发电厂燃煤热值差的原因分析和控制措施

摘要 在我国电力工程建设规模不断扩大的背景下,火电厂面临的发电生产任务更加繁重,为了能够提高发电生产效率,需要做好影响发电生产效率的因素分析工作。在火电厂发电过程中,燃煤是影响发电效率的主要因素,其中燃煤热值是重要原因,所以需要明确燃煤热值产生差异的主要因素,并对其进行科学控制。因此,对火力发电厂燃煤热值差的原因和控制措施进行深入地研究与分析,并结合实践经验总结了一些方法。 In the context of the continuous expansion of power engineering construction scale in my country,thermal power plants face more arduous power generation production tasks.In order to improve the power generation production efficiency,it is necessary to do a good job in the analysis of the factors affecting the power generation production efficiency.In the power generation process of thermal power plants,coal combustion is the main factor affecting the production efficiency of power generation,and the calorific value of coal combustion is an important reason.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the main factors that cause differences in the calorific value of coal combustion,and to scientifically control them.Therefore,this article will conduct in-depth research and analysis on the reasons and control measures for the difference of coal-fired calorific value in thermal power plants,and summarize some methods based on practical experience,in order to be helpful to relevant personnel.
