采用柱上智能断路器代替10 kV高压开关柜的应用研究

Application Research of Substituting the Pole-mounted Intelligent Circuit Breaker for the High Voltage Switchgear

变电站高压开关柜是供电体系不可缺少的设备,它的质量对供电可靠性有很大的影响。在一些老旧变电站中,随着运行年限增加,高压开关柜部件逐渐老化、绝缘下降导致经常发生故障,引起大面积停电。文章主要论述在老旧变电站10 kV高压开关柜因故障损毁无法修复的情况下,如何使用柱上智能断路器代替高压开关柜,实现快速复电的方法。

The high voltage switchgear in electricity substation is an indispensable equipment of power supply system,equipment quality of which has great influence on the reliability of power supply.In some electricity substations with a long history,on account of the increase of operating life,high voltage switchgear components gradually suffer from burn-in and lower insulativity,which leads to frequent failures,resulting in massive power outages.This paper mainly investigates on how to substitute the pole-mounted intelligent circuit breaker for the high voltage switchgear in the case that 10 kV high voltage switchgears in old electricity substations are damaged due to malfunctions beyond repair,for the sake of fast electricity restoration.
