火力发电厂锅炉防磨防爆管理信息化分析

摘要 “四管”泄漏是造成国内火电厂发生计划外停机事故的常见原因,故而生产实践中加大锅炉防磨防爆管理力度具有很大现实意义,以将爆管事件发生率降到最低。从分析锅炉防磨防爆管理的必要性着手,简单分析电厂防磨防爆管理现状,分析主要问题的成因,提出将信息化技术用于防磨防爆管理工作中的建议,以保障锅炉安全生产。 The leakage of“four pipes”is a common cause of unplanned shutdown accidents in domestic thermal power plants.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the management of boiler wear and explosion protection in production practice,so as to reduce the occurrence rate of pipe bursts to lowest.Starting from the analysis of the necessity of anti-wear and explosion-proof management of boilers,briefly analyze the current situation of anti-wear and explosion-proof management in power plants,analyze the causes of main problems,and make suggestions for applying information technology to the management of wear-proof and explosion-proof work,hoping to contribute to the safe production of boilers Provide some protection.
