BIM技术在国内外项目管理中的应用现状与发展趋势

Application and Research Trends of BIM in Project Management

为使BIM技术更好地助推项目管理提质增效,运用CiteSpace文献计量工具,从SCI和CNKI数据库筛选2011~2020年有关国内外BIM技术应用于项目管理的相关文献,对其时空分布特征、研究热点、演进趋势进行知识图谱的绘制和对比分析。结果表明,国内外BIM技术在项目管理中的研究热点各有侧重,与大数据、云计算等信息技术相结合的集成应用将成为新的研究方向。

This paper uses SCI database and CNKI database as the main data sources, collects relevant domestic and foreign literature from 2011 to 2020, and uses CiteSpace bibliometric tool to date the number, organization,research hotspot and evolution of literature in this field. The results show that domestic and international BIM research hotspots in the field of project management have their own focuses, and the integrated application combined with big data, cloud computing and other information technologies will become a new research direction.
