彩色多普勒超声对下肢骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓的诊断效果分析

Diagnostic Effect Analysis of Color Doppler Ultrasound on Lower Limbs Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients with Lower Limbs Fracture

目的探讨对于下肢骨折后出现下肢深静脉血栓的患者,使用彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断效果。方法选取辽宁省健康产业集团阜新矿总医院2019年12月—2020年12月收治的100例下肢骨折患者,以其中发生下肢深静脉血栓的50例患者为研究组,没有出现下肢深静脉血栓的50例为对照组,所有患者均行彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组股浅静脉、股总静脉、腘静脉血管内径及其彩色多普勒血流成像值。结果研究组股浅静脉、股总静脉、腘静脉血管内径均较对照组大,彩色多普勒成像值均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查能够对下肢骨折后发生的下肢深静脉血栓进行准确诊断,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of color doppler ultrasound on lower limbs deep vein thrombosis in patients with lower limbs fracture.Methods A total of 100 patients with lower limbs fracture admitted to Fuxin Mine General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from December 2019 to December 2020were selected.Among them,50 patients with lower limbs deep vein thrombosis were taken as the study group,and 50 patients without lower limbs deep vein thrombosis were taken as the control group.All patients were examined by color doppler ultrasound.The differences of vessel diameters and color doppler flow imaging(CDFI)values of superficial femoral vein(SFV),common femoral vein(CFV)and popliteal vein(POV)between the two groups were compared.Results The vessel diameters of SFV,CFV and POV in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the CDFI values of SFV,CFV and POV in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound can accurately diagnose the lower limbs deep vein thrombosis in patients with lower limbs fracture,which is worthy of promotion and application.
