甜樱桃裂果机理研究现状与展望

摘要 甜樱桃的裂果严重影响果实品质和经济效益。介绍了国内外对甜樱桃裂果机理的研究进展,主要从栽培品种、砧木、果实水分、矿质营养、温度及栽培管理等方面分析了影响甜樱桃裂果的因素,并提出今后应利用多组学等技术联合分析裂果机理,利用分子设计辅助育种及基因编辑技术来选育抗裂果品种作为解决甜樱桃裂果的有效途径和研究方向之一。 Fruit cracking seriously affects the fruit quality and economic benefits of sweet cherry. In this paper, the research progress of fruit cracking mechanism in sweet cherry was summarized. The reason for fruit cracking involving genetic factors, environmental factors, cultivation management level, fruit water physiology and were reviewed and proposed that modern molecular techniques such as transcriptome, proteome and metabolome should be used to jointly analyze the mechanism of fruit cracking in sweet cherry in the future. Breeding crack-resistant varieties through molecular design-assisted breeding and gene editing technology is the fundamental way and future research directions to solve the fruit cracking problem of sweet cherry.
