新时期国际贸易摩擦对我国中小企业的影响及应对策略研究

Research on the Impact of International Trade Friction on SMEs of China in the New Period and Countermeasures

进入新时期以来,我国对外贸易面临着重大风险和不确定性,中小企业由于本身应对风险的能力较弱,因此受到了极大的冲击。本文通过对国际贸易摩擦的分析,找出中小企业应对国际贸易摩擦的对策。文章首先对国际贸易摩擦的概念进行了阐述;其次从成本优势、国际收支、产业政策、收入分配、国家竞争、政治危机等角度分析了国际贸易摩擦产生的原因;再次从贸易摩擦趋势、贸易摩擦形式、摩擦解决机制、国际安全四个角度论述了未来国际贸易摩擦的趋势;同时从成本、创新、盈利能力分析了国际贸易摩擦对中小企业的影响;最后为了应对上述不良影响,文章从实施出口转内销、自主创新、成立行业联盟三个角度提出了对策和建议,以供参考。

Since entering the New Period, China’s foreign trade has been facing major risks and uncertainties. SMEs are particularly impacted due to their weak ability to deal with risks. Through the analysis of international trade friction,this paper finds out the countermeasures for SMEs to deal with international trade friction. Firstly, this paper presents the concept of international trade friction. Then this paper analyzed the causes of international trade friction from fi ve perspectives, namely the cost advantage, the balance of payments, the industrial policy, the income distribution, the national competition, the technological competition and the political crisis. Thirdly, the trend of future international trade friction is discussed from four aspects, namely the degree of trade friction, the forms of trade friction, the resolution mechanism of friction, and international security. Fourthly, the impact of international trade friction on SMEs is analyzed from the perspectives of cost, innovation and profi tability. Finally, in order to deal with the above adverse ef fects, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the following three aspects, the implementation of domestic sales of commodities originally produced for export, the promotion of independent innovation and the establishment of industry alliance.
