摘要
建立完善的生态产品价值实现机制是推进生态文明建设的重要举措,但公共性生态产品是否有经济学意义上的“价值”还待进一步研究。本文基于马克思劳动价值论,在界定“价值”概念的基础上,从“劳动产品”和“商品”两个方面考察了公共性生态产品的价值属性,明确了公共性生态产品只有哲学意义上的价值,而没有经济学意义上的价值,进而从坚持马克思劳动价值论和正确处理发展与保护的关系等方面阐述了澄清公共性生态产品价值属性的意义,以供参考。
Establishing and improving the value realization mechanism of ecological products is an important measure to promote ecological progress. However, the question of whether public ecological products have “value” in the sense of economics remains to be studied. Based on Marx’s labor value theory and the defi nition of “value”, this paper investigates the value attribute of public ecological products from the aspects of “labor product” and “commodity”, clarifying that public ecological products only have philosophical value,but not economic value. Then, by sticking to Marx’s labor value theory and a right balance between development and protection, the paper expounds the significance of clarifying the value attribute of public ecological products.
