摘要
随着科技的不断创新,人类社会已经进入一个以数字化为特征的新时代。基于数字化背景下企业面临的变化,本文对企业市场活动的营销模式、销售线索的管理方式等展开分析。探讨企业通过LTD(Lead-To-Deal,从引导到成交)思想的方法论,赋能提升企业营销与经营效率的路径和方法,为企业的数字化转型与商业模式创新提供了理论与实践启示。
With the constantly changing scientific and technological revolution,human society has entered a new era characterized by digitalization.Based on the changes faced by enterprises under the background of digitalization,this paper analyzes the marketing mode of enterprise marketing activities and the management methods of sales leads.This paper discusses the methodology of LTD(Lead-To-Deal,from leading to closing) thought,and empowers the path and method to improve the marketing and operating efficiency of enterprises,which provides theoretical and practical enlightenment for the digital transformation and business model innovation of enterprises.
