外源水杨酸对长白山区月见草种子萌发的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Exogenous SA on Germination of Oenothera biennis Seed in Changbai Mountain Area

摘要 [目的]探索一种提高月见草种子萌发率的有效方法。[方法]以长白山区野生月见草种子为试材,设置5个外源水杨酸(SA)浸种浓度(0.25、0.50、1.00、1.50、2.50 mmol/L)对月见草种子进行预处理,研究不同浓度SA对月见草种子萌发的影响。[结果]0.25和1.00 mmol/L外源SA处理的月见草种子萌发峰值提前来临,且发芽率、发芽指数和苗鲜重均显著提高;外源SA处理抑制月见草地上部胚芽生长,而0.25 mmol/L外源SA处理对胚根生长的促进效果最佳,1.00 mmol/L外源SA处理的苗鲜重最高;高浓度(2.50 mmol/L)外源SA处理则显著抑制月见草胚根生长,发芽指数、活力指数和苗鲜重下降。[结论]促进月见草种子萌发的最佳外源水杨酸浸种浓度为0.25 mmol/L,超过此浓度则不利于种子萌发及胚芽、胚根生长。 [Objective] The aim was to explore an effective method to improve the seed germination rate of Oenothera biennis. [Method] Taking the wild Oenothera biennis seed as materials in Changbai Mountain area,the effects of salicylic acid(SA) with different seed soaking concentrations(0.25,0.50,1.00,1.50 and2.50 mmol/L)on seed germination were studied. [Result] The germination peak of Oenothera biennis came earlier with exogenous SA treatment of 0.25 and 1.00 mmol/L,and the germination rate,germination index and fresh weight of seedlings were significantly increased. Exogenous SA treatment inhibited the germ growth of Oenothera biennis,while 0.25 mmol/L exogenous SA treatment had the best effect on promoting the growth of radicle,and 1.00 mmol/L exogenous SA treatment had the highest fresh weight of seedlings. High concentration(2.50 mmol/L)exogenous SA treatment significantly inhibited the radicle growth of Oenothera biennis,and the germination index,vigor index and fresh weight of seedlings decreased. [Conclusion] The optimum concentration of exogenous salicylic acid to promote the seed germination of Oenothera biennis was 0.25 mmol/L.Exceeding this concentration was not conducive to seed germination and the growth of embryo and radicle.
