促进月季种子发芽的方法研究

Study on Methods of Promoting Seed Germination of Rose

[目的]探索提高月季种子发芽率的方法。[方法]以月季自然杂交种子为试验材料,采用纤维素酶、低温层积和播种基质3种方法处理月季种子,测定种子发芽率。[结果]纤维素酶处理种子,3%浓度处理48 h发芽率最高,比对照提高22%;不同低温时间处理层积种子,处理90 d,发芽率最高达52%;3种播种基质对比,草炭∶珍珠岩=2∶1发芽率最高。[结论]上述3种方法结合使用能有效提高月季种子发芽率。

[Objective] To improve the germination rate of rose seeds. [Method] Three methods,cellulase,low temperature stratification and sowing substrate,were used to treat rose seeds. [Results] 3% concentration cellulose by 48 h can improve 22% than control. The seed germination rate can add to 52% after 90 d chilling treatment. Three types of substrates were compared,which the highest germination rate was from the ratio of peat∶perlite=2∶1. [Conclusion] All the three methods can improve seed germination rate in rose.
