摘要 灌区续建配套与现代化改造工程实施对项目区环境构成极为重要的影响,大量外水调入,将极大地改善项目区的耕地用水、生活用水问题和生态环境,但也会随之出现新的环境问题。在分析环境现状的基础上,评价预测项目建设区灌区工程实施对环境的影响,从生态、水环境、大气环境和人群健康保护等方面分析研究保护措施,并针对噪声控制及固体废物处理处置提供保障支持,进一步论证环境保护设计实施的社会、经济效益。这一设计成果可为类似工程提供借鉴参考。 The implementation of the continuous construction supporting and modernization project in the irrigation area has a very important impact on the environment of the project area. A large amount of external water will be transferred into the project area,which will greatly improve the water use for arable land, domestic water and ecological environment in the project area, but new environmental problems will also appear. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the environment, this paper evaluate and predict the impact of the implementation of the irrigation area project in the project construction area on the environment. It analyze and study the protection measures from the aspects of ecology, water environment, atmospheric environment and population health protection, and provide support for noise control and solid waste treatment and disposal, to further demonstrate the social and economic benefits of the implementation of the environmental protection design. This design result can provide reference for similar projects.
