Discussion on the Allocation of Soil and Water Conservation Measures for Large-scale Urban Point Projects

近年来,全国各省大力兴建科普教育场馆,有效提升了地区科普教育硬件设施,但项目建设容易产生各类水土流失问题。文章以河南省科技馆新馆建设项目为例,介绍了平原地区大型点式生产建设项目水土流失特点及防治对策,阐述了水土保持工作的重要性,并提出水土保持防治措施体系,可为区域范围内同类型生产建设项目水土保持工作提供借鉴。

In recent years, provinces across the country have made great efforts to build science popularization education venues,effectively improving the regional science popularization education hardware facilities, but the project construction is prone to various soil erosion problems.Taking the new construction project of Henan Science and Technology Museum as an example,this paper introduces the characteristics of water and soil loss and prevention and control countermeasures of large-scale point production and construction projects in plain areas. This paper expounds the importance of soil and water conservation, and puts forward the prevention and control measures system of soil and water conservation, which can provide reference for soil and water conservation in the same type of production and construction projects in the region.
