基层水库的防汛工作历来是重中之重,每逢汛期,基层水库的主要领导高度重视,科学决策,精心部署,把影响防汛的安全隐患消灭在萌芽状态。但是通过总结多年来的防汛工作经验,发现基层水库在防汛方面还普遍存在诸多细节问题亟待解决。文章针对基层水库防汛工作中存在的问题及成因进行深入分析,并提出对策和建议,以确保基层水利工程安全度汛。

The flood control work of the grass-roots reservoirs has always been the top priority, and in every flood season, the main leaders of the grass-roots reservoirs attach great importance to it. They make decision scientifically and deploy carefully to eliminate the potential safety risks affecting the flood control in the bud. However, by summarizing the experience of flood control over the years,it is found that there are still many detailed problems to be solved in flood control in grassroots reservoirs. The paper deeply analyzes the problems and causes existing in the flood control work of grass-roots reservoirs, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the safe flood control of grassroots water conservancy projects.
