某市高标准农田规划项目水量优化配置分析

Analysis of Water Quantity Optimal Allocation of a City High-standard Farmland Planning Project

摘要 受水土资源不匹配影响,某市规划到2030年发展高标准农田面积10.27万hm^(2),以此稳定保障12.50亿kg粮食生产能力的灌溉水量供给受到限制,通过不同情形下的灌溉水量优化配置对比分析,提出实现规划目标任务的水量保障方案,为科学编制规划提供技术支撑。 Affected by the mismatch of water and soil resources, a city plans to develop 102700 hm^(2) of high standard farmland by 2030, so as to ensure the irrigation water supply of 1.25 billion kg grain production capacity. Through the comparative analysis of the optimal allocation of irrigation water under different circumstances, a water guarantee plan to achieve the planning goals and tasks is proposed, so as to provide technical support for the scientific preparation of planning.
