水利堤防维修养护施工管理要点

摘要 由于经济发展的加快,中国的水利建设和开发项目也在逐步增多。堤防养护作为中国水利工程的重要组成部分,在提高水利工程使用寿命方面发挥了重要作用;同时,也为水利工程的可持续发展创造了巨大的经济效益。水利堤防的可靠运行对于维护河道周边安全稳定具有积极意义,为避免堤防对河沙淤积、洪水泛滥等问题的抵抗能力失效,水利单位需定期按要求针对堤防开展维修养护工作。文章介绍了堤防维修养护工作的重要性,分析了堤防维修养护期间存在的堤防自身质量缺陷、工作人员技能水平不足、维护观念淡薄等问题,阐述了堤防维修养护的工作方法,结合实际工程案例提出了堤防缺陷问题的处理措施,以为相关施工单位提供参考。 Due to the acceleration of economic development, China’s water conservancy construction and development projects are gradually increasing. As an important part of water conservancy projects in China, embankment maintenance has played an important role in improving the service life of water conservancy projects. At the same time, it has also created huge economic benefits for the sustainable development of water conservancy projects. The reliable operation of water conservancy embankment is of positive significance for maintaining the safety and stability around river channels. In order to avoid the failure of the resistance ability of the embankment to river sediment deposition, flood and other problems, the water conservancy unit should carry out the maintenance work of the embankment regularly as required. The importance of embankment maintenance is introduced. The problems existing in the period of embankment maintenance, such as the quality defects of the embankment, the insufficient skill level of the staff and the weak maintenance concept are also analyzed. In addition, the working method of embankment maintenance is expounded. Combined with the actual engineering cases, the treatment measures of embankment defects are put forward, so as to provide reference to the relevant construction units.
