摘要 高质量发展是职业教育服务新时代新阶段经济社会发展需求的关键。职业教育不仅要能够“向下”深度扎根经济社会发展实际,还要“向上”提升服务产业创新发展与个体自由适性发展的能力高度,实现社会与个体利益共赢。在坚守基础价值、增强发展韧性,以及彰显使命担当的价值体认前提下,职业教育应以全面落实立德树人根本任务为基本导向、以厚植企业承担职业教育责任为实践导向、以推动专业教师校企双向流动为改革导向,以延伸拓展学生就业创业能力为目标导向,为高质量发展目标达成和教育强国建设提供更开阔的推进思路与坚实的定向保障。 High-quality development is the key for vocational education to answer the question of economic and social development in the new era and new stage. Vocational education should not only take root in serving the economic and social development, but also should enhance the innovative development of industry and the ability of individuals’ free development, so as to achieve a win-win situation between the society and the individual. In stick to basic values, enhance the development of toughness, and on the premise of value recognition of demonstrate mission responsibility, higher vocational education should fully implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education as the basic orientation, strengthen the enterprises’ vocational education responsibility to guide practice, promote the two-way flow of professional teachers between schools and enterprises as the reform orientation, and expand students’ employment ability as the goal orientation, so as to provide a broader way of thinking and solid directional guarantee for achieving the goal of highquality development of higher vocational education.
