类型教育视角下中高职人才贯通培养的协同机制研究 被引量:8

摘要 中高职人才贯通培养是确保职业教育类型定位的关键环节,是影响现代职业教育体系建设的重要因素。以职业教育的类型教育发展需求为出发点,中高职人才贯通培养体系构建应遵循高技术技能人才培养规律,满足产业发展需求,强化职业教育类型特征。从职业教育类型属性出发,中高职人才贯通培养中存在院校专业体系断层、人才培养方案不一致、人才评价体系脱节等问题。针对上述问题,可以从对接专业体系、细化人才培养目标、构建系统性课程体系和一体化人才评价机制四方面建构中高职人才贯通培养的协同机制,推进职业教育的体系化建设和高质量发展。 Through-type talent training of secondary and higher vocational education is a key link to ensure the type status of vocational education and an important factor to affect the construction of modern vocational education system. Starting from the development needs of vocational education, this paper studies the theory, reality and value logic of the establishment of the training system for secondary and higher vocational talents. Guided by the type attribute of vocational education, the through-type talent training of secondary and higher vocational education faces with problems of college specialty system fault, inconsistent talent training scheme and disjointed talent evaluation system. In order to promote the systematic construction and high-quality development of vocational education, this paper puts forward the construction strategy of collaborative mechanism from four aspects: docking professional system, refining talent training objectives, and integrating curriculum system and talent evaluation system.
