新时代高职院校“广谱式”劳动教育生态体系构建:逻辑、框架及路径

Construction of “Broad-spectrum” Labor Education Ecological System in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era:Logic, Dimension and Paths

“广谱式”劳动教育是新时代高职院校提升社会服务能力的必然选择,有助于学生修劳动之德、涵劳动之智、炼劳动之体、展劳动之美。认知维度,可形成劳动价值观、精神及技能相互关联与递进的目标;结构维度,可实现学科专业、实习实训及社会服务等内容有机融合;质量维度,需依靠科学规范且规避形式主义的完备评价与保障体系;边界维度,需跨越空间与时间的局限为劳动提供无限发展新空间。因此,高职院校“广谱式”劳动教育体系的构建应着力从区域劳动教育服务平台、载体、运行体系三方面实现立体循环的劳动教育生态圈共建。

“Broad-spectrum”labor education is an inevitable choice of higher vocational colleges to enhance the social service abilities in new era, can help students to cultivate the virtue of labor, the wisdom of labor, the body of labor, the beauty of labor. The cognitive dimension can form the interrelated and progressive goal of labor values, spirit and skills;the structural dimension can realize the organic integration of subject, specialty, practice and social service;the quality dimension needs to rely on scientific norms and avoid the complete evaluation and guarantee system of formalism;the boundary dimension needs to provide infinite new space for labor development across the limitation of space and time. Therefore, the construction of“broad-spectrum”labor education system in higher vocational colleges focuses on the construction of three-dimensional circular labor education ecological circle from three aspects: regional labor education service platform, carrier and operation system.
