基于体内过程的中药药效物质基础研究方法进展

Main research methods of pharmacodynamic substance basis of traditional Chinese medicine

因中药及其复方本身存在各种多样性,为其药效物质基础的研究带来极大困难,而基于体内过程的研究方法为药效物质基础研究拓宽了思路。因此本文通过查阅相关文献,对现阶段基于体内过程进行中药药效物质基础研究的方法进行归纳总结,主要包括血清药理学及血清药物化学、谱效关系、代谢组学、中药药动学等,以期为后期的研究工作提供理论依据。

Due to the diversity of traditional Chinese medicine and its compounds, it brings great difficulties to the study of its pharmacodynamic material basis, and the research method based on in vivo process broadens the thinking for the study of pharmacodynamic material basis. Therefore, by consulting the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the methods of studying the material basis of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine based on the in vivo process, mainly including serum pharmacology and serum pharmacochemistry, spectrum effect relationship, metabolomics, pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine, etc., in order to provide a theoretical basis for the later research work.
