安神香囊对睡眠障碍患者疗效的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis on the efficacy of Anshen sachet on patients with sleep disorders

目的对安神香囊治疗睡眠障碍患者的文献进行计量学分析,为安神香囊治疗睡眠障碍提供参考。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献、PubMed数据库中关于安神香囊治疗睡眠障碍患者相关文献,检索时间截至2021年1月,采用SPSS 21.0软件对纳入的21篇文献的基本信息和主要研究内容进行统计分析。结果石菖蒲、薰衣草、合欢花是使用频数最高的中药;药性方面主要集中于温、平、寒3类,温性药物居多;药味方面以辛、甘、苦为主;归经方面,主要归肝、肺、脾、心、胃、肾经;纳入文献的香囊方有疏肝理气、解郁安神、化湿健脾、益气安神、润肺等功效;佩戴位置多为枕边;疗程10 d至5周,多为4周,使用时长8~12 h,多为10 h,更换周期5~14 d。结论安神香囊治疗睡眠障碍患者的研究较少,未对睡眠障碍进行辨证施治,缺乏标准规范的治疗方案,未建立全面、完善的评价指标体系;香囊方以芳香开窍、疏肝解郁为主,共奏宁心安神之效。

Objective To make a metrological analysis of the literature on the treatment of sleep disorders with Anshen sachet,so as to provide a reference for the treatment with Anshen sachet.Methods The relevant literature on the treatment of sleep disorders with Anshen sachet was retrieved in databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed and PubMed.The retrieval range was up to January 2021.The basic information and main research contents of 21 literatures included were statistically analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software.Results The study showed that Acorus tatarinowii,lavender,Silktree Albizziae Flower were the five drugs with the highest frequency.In terms of drug nature,warm-,neutral-and cold-natured drugs were common,and most of them were warm-natured drugs.The medicine taste was mainly pungent,sweet and bitter.In terms of meridians,the drugs were mainly connected to liver,lung,spleen,heart,stomach and kidney meridians.The sachet prescriptions included in the literature manifested as soothing the liver and regulating qi,relieving depression and calming the nerves,removing dampness and strengthening the spleen,supplementing qi and calming the nerves,moistening the lung,etc.The sachet wearing position was mostly by the pillow.The course of treatment was 10 days to 5 weeks,mostly 4 weeks.The duration of use was 8 to 12 hours,mostly 10 hours,and the replacement cycle was 5 to 14 days.Conclusion There are few studies on the treatment of sleep disorders with Anshen sachet,there is no syndrome differentiation for the treatment of sleep disorders,there is a lack of standardized treatment regimen,and a comprehensive and perfect evaluation index system has not been established.Sachet prescription is mainly used to remove obstruction by fragrance,soothe the liver and relieve depression,and plays the effect of calming the heart and calming the nerves.
