手术室整体护理联合舒适护理对老年股骨颈骨折患者心理状态及满意度的影响

Effect of holistic nursing combined with comfortable nursing in operating room on psychological state and satisfaction of senile patients with femoral neck fracture

目的 探讨老年股骨颈骨折患者采用整体护理联合舒适护理对心理状态及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2020年7月在广东省江门市新会区人民医院治疗的老年股骨颈骨折患者50例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为干预组(n=25)和对照组(n=25),对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用手术室整体护理联合舒适护理,比较两组患者心理状态、术后恢复、护理满意度、舒适度及疼痛程度。结果 干预后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于干预前,且干预组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预组下床活动时间及出院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预组护理总满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组干预后舒适状况量表(Kolcaba)评分高于干预前,数字疼痛评分法(NRS)评分低于干预前,干预组Kolcaba评分高于对照组,NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 老年股骨颈骨折患者采用手术室整体护理联合舒适护理有明显效果,可促进患者早日康复,促进心理状况、舒适度、满意度的改善,缓解疼痛。

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing combined with comfort nursing on mental state and nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods A total of 50 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures who were treated in People’s Hospital of Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects, and divided into the intervention group(n=25) and the control group(n=25)by the random number table method. Routine nursing was used received in the control group, and the intervention group received overall operating room nursing combined with comfort nursing. The psychological state, postoperative recovery,nursing satisfaction, comfort and pain degree were compared of the both groups. Results After intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). The time of getting out of bed and leaving hospital in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the intervention group was 96.00%, which was higher than that of the control group(76.00%), with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). After the intervention,the Kolcaba score of the two groups was higher than that before the intervention, and the numerical rating scale(NRS)score was lower than that before the intervention. The Kolcaba score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the NRS score was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion The overall nursing in the operating room combined with comfort nursing for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture has obvious effect, which can promote the early recovery of patients, promote the improvement of psychological status,comfort and satisfaction, and relieve pain.
