摘要
目的 对多层螺旋CT定位诊断阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)患者上气道阻塞平面的临床研究文献进行meta分析,来系统评价多层螺旋CT定位诊断OSA的价值。方法 检索Pubmed、Medline、CCTR、ISI及中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方、维普、中国期刊全文数据库1990—2020年发表的有关多层螺旋CT定位OSA成人患者上气道阻塞平面的国内外临床研究文献进行meta分析。结果 共纳入文献8篇,meta分析结果显示,多层螺旋CT定位诊断OSA患者上气道阻塞平面的敏感度为89%(95%CI:86%~93%),特异度为90%(95%CI:87%~95%),SROC曲线下面积为0.9324。结论 多层螺旋CT作为重要的诊断OSA的辅助检查方式,是OSA患者上气道阻塞平面准确的定位方法之一。
Objective A meta-analysis of the clinical study on multi-slice spiral CT localization diagnosis of upper airway obstruction plane in patients with obstructive sleep apnea(OSA) was conducted to systematically evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT localization diagnosis of OSA. Methods Clinical research articles concerning the localization of upper airway obstruction plane in OSA patients by multi-slice spiral CT published in China and abroad from 1990 to 2020 were searched by Pubmed, Medline, CCTR, ISI and CNKI, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang, VIP and Chinese Journal Full-Text Database for meta analysis.Results A total of 8 articles were included. The meta-analysis results showed that the sensitivity of multislice spiral CT in locating the upper airway obstruction plane in OSA patients was 89%(95% CI: 86%-93%),the specificity was 90%(95% CI: 87%-95%), and the area under the SROC curve was 0.9324. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT, as an important auxiliary examination in the diagnosis of OSA, is one of the accurate localization methods for upper airway obstruction plane in OSA patients.
