中青年乳腺癌患者重返工作准备度现状及影响因素研究

Investigation on the status quo and impacting factors of readiness for return-to-work of young and middle-aged patients with breast cancer

目的探讨中青年乳腺癌患者重返工作准备度现状及其影响因素,以期为乳腺癌患者重返工作岗位的临床干预提供新的思路及指导依据。方法通过便利抽样法筛选山东大学齐鲁医院2020年1月至2021年8月中青年乳腺癌患者162例,采用一般资料调查表、积极心理资本问卷、领悟社会支持量表、重返工作准备度量表进行调查,经logistic进行影响因素分析。结果中青年乳腺癌患者重返工作准备度水平较低,47.53%处于前意向阶段;有序logistic显示,1种并发症、是否合并其他慢性病、积极心理资本及领悟社会支持为影响重返工作准备度重要影响因素,其中,积极心理资本及领悟社会支持是重返工作准备度的保护性因素。结论乳腺癌中青年患者重返工作准备度欠佳,并发症、是否合并其他慢性病、积极心理资本及领悟社会支持为影响重返工作准备度重要影响因素,临床实际应针对存在并发症及慢性病、积极心理资本和领悟社会支持情况给予针对性干预,有助于提升中青年乳腺癌患者重返工作准备度,促使其尽早回归正常的社会工作与生活。

Objective To investigate the status quo and impacting factors of readiness for return-to-work of young and middle-aged patients with breast cancer,so as to provide new ideas and guidance for clinical intervention for return-to-work of patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 162 young and middle-aged patients with breast cancer admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2020 to August 2021were screened according to the convenience sampling method.The general information questionnaire,positive psycap questionnaire,perceived social support scale and readiness for return-to-work scale were used for investigation,and the impacting factors were analyzed by logistic.Results Young and middle-aged patients with breast cancer had a low level of readiness for return-to-work,with 47.5%in the pre-intention stage;Ordered logistic shows that one kind of complication,whether other chronic diseases are combined,positive psychological capital and perceived social support are important influencing factors of return to work readiness,among which positive psychological capital and perceived social support are protective factors of return to work readiness.Conclusion Young and middle-aged patients with breast cancer have a low level of readiness for return-towork.Complications,whether they have other chronic diseases,positive psychological capital and perceived social support are the important factors that impact the readiness for return-to-work.In clinical practice,targeted interventions shall be given to the existing complications and chronic diseases,positive psychological capital and perceived social support,which will help to improve the readiness for return-to-work of young and middle-aged patients with breast cancer and promote their earlier return to normal social work and life.
