国内外脓毒症休克液体复苏研究热点与前沿的可视化分析

Visualized analysis of research hotspots and frontiers on fluid resuscitation in septic shock in China and abroad

目的探讨国内外脓毒症休克液体复苏领域研究热点及前沿,为我国学者今后研究提供借鉴与参考。方法检索Web of Science和中国知网数据库2012年1月至2021年12月关于脓毒症休克液体复苏的研究文献,利用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果共纳入外文文献714篇,中文文献475篇。国内外总发文量呈上升趋势,研究主题主要为老年、儿童、血流动力学监测、容量反应性、早期目标导向治疗、晶体液、急性肾损伤等,研究前沿主要为液体平衡、风险管理、重症超声、指南共识。结论液体复苏的指标监测和方案制定以及风险管理是未来研究方向,研究者应加强合作交流,推动我国脓毒症休克液体复苏领域理论和实践发展。

Objective To explore the research hotspots and frontiers in the field of fluid resuscitation in septic shock in China and abroad,so as to provide reference for Chinese scholars’researches in the future.Methods The research literature on fluid resuscitation in septic shock were retrieved in the databases of Web of Science and CNKI with the time limit from January 2012 to December 2021,and a visualized analysis was carried out with CiteSpace software.Results A total of 714 pieces of foreign literature and 475 pieces of Chinese literature were included.The total number of articles published in China and abroad was on the rise.The research topics were mainly the elderly,children,hemodynamic monitoring,volume responsiveness,early goal-directed therapy,crystalloid fluid,acute kidney injury,etc.and the research frontiers were mainly fluid balance,risk management,critical care ultrasound,and guideline consensus.Conclusion The indicator monitoring,scheme formulation and risk management of fluid resuscitation are the future research directions.Researchers should strengthen cooperation and exchange to promote the development of theory and practice in the field of fluid resuscitation in septic shock in China.
