全身药物对视网膜毒性的研究进展

Research progress in retinal toxicity of systemic drugs

多种全身性应用药物可通过各种机制导致视网膜损伤。为了明确损伤机制,及时干预、减轻后果,本文从引起视网膜损害的药物种类、损害机制、损害剂量、导致视网膜损害的层次以及停止用药后视网膜是否可恢复5个方面进行论述,涉及药物包括抗雌激素类、风湿免疫系统常用药、抗结核类及勃起功能障碍治疗用药,旨在介绍常用药物引起视网膜损害的最新进展。

Many systemic medications can induce ocular toxicological complications through various mechanisms.This review elaborates on the category of drugs,mechanisms of injury,dosage of medications,the layers of damaged retina and whether the retina can be restored after drug withdrawal to clarify the mechanisms of injury,give timely interventions and alleviate the negative effects.The drugs involved include anti-estrogen drugs,rheumatic immune system drugs,anti-tuberculosis drugs and erectile dysfunction drugs.This review aims to introduce the latest progress in retinal injury induced by commonly used drugs.
