摘要
21世纪以来,新发呼吸道传染病包括多种病毒性肺炎(viral pneumonia,VP),这改变了相关领域的传统认知。随着对VP的深入研究,其发病机制的重要一环:病毒性感染中毒症(viral sepsis)的概念被提出。进一步探索二者之间的关系有助于早诊早治和个体化治疗。针对病因的抗病毒药物治疗和过度免疫的宿主靶点治疗,将为VP和病毒性感染中毒症带来治疗方面的新突破。
Since the 21st century,new respiratory infectious diseases include many kinds of viral pneumonia(VP),which has changed the traditional understanding in related fields.With the in-depth study of VP,the concept of viral sepsis,has been proposed as an important part of its pathogenesis.Further exploration of the relationship between them is beneficial for the early diagnosis,early treatment and individualized treatment.Antiviral drug therapy and host target therapy of over immunity against the etiology will bring new breakthroughs in the treatment of VP and viral infection poisoning.
