摘要
血小板参与生理性止血和病理性血栓形成过程。血小板在肿瘤发生发展过程中也扮演了重要角色,基于此,通过对血小板的功能进行调控,可以实现肿瘤治疗的目的。但血小板的全身性抑制势必会给患者带来严重的出血风险,开发血小板的靶向调控策略尤为重要。本文将围绕血小板在肿瘤进展过程中的重要功能,总结靶向调控血小板的智能纳米药物用于肿瘤治疗的最新进展,为以血小板为靶点的抗肿瘤治疗策略提供参考,并对该领域的未来发展做出展望。
Platelets are involved in the process of physiologic hemostasis and pathological thrombosis.In the recent years,fundamental researches have demonstrated that platelets also play an important role in the process of tumorigenesis and development.According to this scenario,the regulation of platelet function can realize the purpose of tumor therapy.However,systemic inhibition of platelets is bound to bring serious bleeding risk to patients,so it is particularly important to develop targeted platelets regulation strategies.This article will focus on the important functions of platelets in the process of tumor progression,summarize the recent progress of smart nanomedicines for targeted tumor therapy,provide reference for targeted antitumor strategies and make prospects for the development of this field.
