摘要 随着肿瘤治疗技术的不断发展,肿瘤患者生存期不断延长,放射性心脏损伤(radiation-induced heart damage,RIHD)逐渐成为影响肿瘤放疗患者生活质量、导致非肿瘤死亡的重要原因,放疗结束后随访过程中早期发现RIHD人群,并探索相应的防护措施,有望改善肿瘤放疗患者远期预后,降低非肿瘤因素导致的死亡风险。现综述其检测方法及评估标准。 With the continuous development of tumor treatment technology,the survival time of tumor patients has been prolonged.Radiation induced heart damage(RIHD)has gradually become an important cause of affecting these patients’ life quality and leading to-non-tumor death.Early detection of RIHD and exploration of corresponding protective measures are expected to improve the long-term prognosis of tumor patients and reduce the risk of death caused by non-tumor factors.This paper reviews the detection methods and evaluation criteria.
