全息针刺在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用效果及对西大略和麦克斯特大学关节炎指数与证候积分的影响

Study on the effect of holographic acupuncture in patients with knee osteoarthritis and its influence on WOMAC index and syndrome score

目的探讨全息针刺在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用效果及对证候积分与西大略和麦克斯特大学关节炎指数(WOMAC)的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2020年10月本院收治的膝骨关节炎患者120例,随机分为2组,对照组60例,治疗组60例,所有患者知情并同意本次研究。对照组应用普通针刺治疗,治疗组应用全息针刺治疗,对比2组应用不同方法治疗后对WOMAC指数、证候积分、视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)评分、人类软骨寡聚蛋白(COMP)水平、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-3水平及有效率的影响,以此来分析全息针刺在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用效果。结果治疗组与对照组在病例数、年龄、性别、病程等方面指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组WOMAC指数低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组证候积分、VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组COMP、MMP-3水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组、对照组均未出现晕针、断针等不良反应的发生,且针刺部位红肿发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论在膝骨关节炎的治疗中,应用全息针刺取得理想效果,可有效降低骨性关节炎指数,减轻炎症反应,改善临床症状,临床价值较高,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of holographic acupuncture in patients with knee osteoarthritis and the effect of syndrome score and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index(WOMAC).Methods 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,60cases in the control group and 60 cases in the treatment group.All patients were informed and agreed to this study.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with holographic acupuncture.The effects of different treatment methods on WOMAC index,syndrome score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,cartilage oligomeric matrix protein(COMP)level,matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-3 level and effective rate were compared between the two groups,so as to analyze the application effect of holographic acupuncture in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Results There was no significant difference in the number of cases,age,gender and course of disease between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the WOMAC index in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome score and VAS score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,COMP and MMP-3 levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions such as needle sickness and broken needles in the treatment group and the control group,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of redness and swelling at the acupuncture site(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,holographic acupuncture can effectively reduce the osteoarthritis index,reduce inflammation and improve clinical symptoms.It has high clinical value and is worthy of popularization and applica-tion.
