消炎祛痘膏制备工艺研究

Preparation technology of anti-inflammatory acne cream

目的研制一种采用中草药复方制备的质量稳定的消炎祛痘膏。方法设计单因素试验、正交试验,通过筛选基质,确定载药量,优化消炎祛痘膏制备工艺。结果消炎祛痘膏制备工艺为单硬脂酸甘油酯2 g,硬脂酸6 g,白凡士林10 g,三乙醇胺0.4 g,纯化水45 ml,甘油5 ml,苯甲酸钠0.1 g,中药提取液占基质10%。结论经过膏体质量评价、稳定性试验,表明消炎祛痘膏质量可控、安全有效。

Objective To develop a kind of anti-inflammatory acne cream with stable quality prepared by a Chinese herbal compound.Methods Single factor test and orthogonal test were designed to determine drug loading and optimize the preparation process of anti-inflammatory acne cream by screening matrix.Results The preparation process of anti-inflammatory acne cream was glycerin monostearate 2 g,stearic acid 6 g,albolene 10 g,triethanolamine0.4 g,water 45 ml,glycerin 5 ml,sodium benzoate 0.1 g.The extraction solution of traditional Chinese medicine accounted for 10%of the matrix.Conclusion The quality evaluation and stability test showed that the quality of anti-inflammatory acne cream is controllable,safe and effective.
