窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗特应性皮炎患儿的效果

摘要 目的:探讨窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗特应性皮炎(AD)患儿的效果。方法:选取2022年1—6月该院收治的100例AD患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后皮肤屏障功能(经表层水分丢失量、表皮皮脂含量和角质层含水量),嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组的74.00%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组表皮皮脂含量、角质层含水量均高于对照组,表层水分丢失量和EOS、IL-18、IgE水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗AD患儿可提高治疗总有效率,改善皮肤屏障功能,降低EOS、IL-18和IgE水平,且安全性良好。 Objective:To investigate effects of narrow-band ultraviolet B radiation on children with atopic dermatitis(AD).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 children with AD admitted to this hospital from January to June 2022.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each.The control group was given drug treatment,while the observation group was treated with narrow-band UVB radiation on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the skin barrier function(surface water loss,epidermal sebum content and stratum corneum hydration),the levels of eosinophils(EOS),interleukin-18(IL-18)and immunoglobulin E(IgE),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than 74.00%(37/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the epidermal sebum content and the stratum corneum hydration in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the surface water loss as well as the EOS,IL-18 and IgE levels were lower than the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Narrow-band UVB radiation in the treatment of the children with AD can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the skin barrier function,reduce the EOS,IL-18 and IgE levels,and has good safety.
