关节镜下关节清理术联合腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎患者的效果

Effects of arthroscopic joint debridement combined with intra-articular injection of Sodium hyaluronate in treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的:观察关节镜下关节清理术联合腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年1月该院收治的200例膝骨关节炎患者的临床资料,按治疗方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组采用关节镜下关节清理术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后膝关节功能(Lequesne指数)、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分,以及不良反应/并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%(96/100),高于对照组的85.00%(85/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Lequesne指数和VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未见明显不良反应/并发症。结论:关节镜下关节清理术联合腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎患者可提高治疗总有效率和膝关节功能,减轻疼痛,效果优于单纯关节镜下关节清理术治疗。

Objective:To investigate effects of arthroscopic joint debridement combined with intra-articular injection of Sodium hyaluronate in treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The clinical data of 200 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment options,100 cases in each.The control group was treated with arthroscopic joint debridement,while the observation group was treated with intra-articular injection of Sodium hyaluronate on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the knee joint function(Lequesne index),the pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score before and after the treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions/complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%(96/100),which was higher than 85.00%(85/100)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the Lequesne index values and the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no obvious adverse reactions/complications in both groups.Conclusions:Arthroscopic joint debridement combined with intra-articular injection of Sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of the patients with knee osteoarthritis can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the knee function,and reduce the pain.Moreover,it is superior to single arthroscopic debridement.
