血府逐瘀胶囊联合盐酸地尔硫卓片治疗冠心病心绞痛瘀血痹阻证患者的效果

Effects of Xuefu Zhuyu capsules combined with Diltiazem hydrochloride tablets in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients with blood stasis syndrome

目的:探讨血府逐瘀胶囊联合盐酸地尔硫卓片治疗冠心病心绞痛瘀血痹阻证患者的效果。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年10月该院收治的62例冠心病心绞痛瘀血痹阻证患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各31例。两组均予以常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用盐酸地尔硫卓片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合血府逐瘀胶囊,两组均连续治疗12周。比较两组疗效、治疗前后炎性指标[白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平、心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗12周后,观察组治疗总有效率为96.77%(30/31),高于对照组的74.19%(23/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IL-18、hs-CRP、LVESD水平均低于对照组,LVEF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀胶囊联合盐酸地尔硫卓片治疗冠心病心绞痛瘀血痹阻证患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低炎性指标水平,改善心功能,且安全性良好。

Objective:To explore effects of Xuefu Zhuyu capsules combined with Diltiazem hydrochloride tablets in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients with blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 62 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,31 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Diltiazem hydrochloride tablets,while the observation group was combined with Xuefu Zhuyu capsules on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The efficacy,the levels of inflammatory indexes[interleukin-18(IL-18),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)],the cardiac function index levels[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%(30/31),which was higher than 74.19%(23/31)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-18,hs-CRP and LVESD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the LVEF level was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Xuefu Zhuyu capsules combined with Diltiazem hydrochloride tablets can improve the total effective rate,reduce the levels of inflammatory indexes and improve the cardiac function in the treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome with good safety.
