PDCA管理模式在经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者中的护理效果

Nursing effects of PDCA management mode in patients undergoing pituitary tumor resection through transsphenoidal approach

目的:探讨PDCA管理模式在经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者中的护理效果。方法:选取2020年5月至2021年5月该院收治的76例行经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施PDCA管理模式,比较两组护理满意度、住院时间、疼痛消失时间、护理前后生命质量[健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分]及不良事件发生率。结果:观察组护理满意度为97.37%(37/38),高于对照组的78.95%(30/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组,住院时间、疼痛消失时间均短于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA管理模式应用于经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者可提高护理满意度,加快患者术后康复,提升生命质量,减少不良事件。

Objective:To explore nursing effects of PDCA management mode in patients undergoing pituitary tumor resection through transsphenoidal approach.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 76 patients who underwent pituitary tumor resection through transsphenoidal approach in this hospital from May 2020 to May 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received PDCA management mode on the basis of that of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,the hospitalization time,the pain disappearance time,the quality of life[short form health survey(SF-36)]scores before and after the nursing,and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.37%(37/38),which was higher than 78.95%(30/38)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of each dimension of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the hospitalization time and the pain disappearance time were shorter than those in the control group;the incidence of adverse events was lower than the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:PDCA management mode in the patients undergoing pituitary tumor resection through transsphenoidal approach can improve the nursing satisfaction,accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation,improve the quality of life,and reduce the adverse events.
