七步法康复运动在冠心病患者PCI术后的应用效果

Application effects of seven-step rehabilitation exercise in nursing of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI

目的:观察七步法康复运动在冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后的应用效果。方法:选取2018年8月至2020年7月该院收治的84例PCI术后冠心病患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各42例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用七步法康复运动护理,比较两组心功能指标[每搏输出量(SV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)]水平、血管内皮功能指标[一氧化氮(NO)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)]水平、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分和6 min步行试验距离(6MWD)。结果:护理4周后,两组SV、LVEF、NO、6MWD水平和MBI评分均高于入院时,且观察组高于对照组,两组ICAM-1水平均低于入院时,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七步法康复运动护理联合常规护理用于PCI术后冠心病患者可改善其心功能、血管内皮功能,提高其MBI评分和6MWD水平,效果优于单纯应用常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of seven-step rehabilitation exercise in nursing of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 84 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to July 2020.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was given the seven-step rehabilitation exercise nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of cardiac function indexes[stroke volume(SV),ejection fraction(LVEF)],the vascular endothelial function index levels[nitric oxide(NO),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)],the modified Barthel index(MBI)score,and the 6 min walking test distance(6 MWD)were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of nursing,the levels of SV,LVEF,NO,6MWD and MBI in the two groups were higher than those at admission,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the levels of ICAM-1 in the two groups were lower than those at admission,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Seven-step rehabilitation exercise nursing combined with the routine nursing can improve the cardiac function,the vascular endothelial function,the MBI scores and the 6MWD levels in the patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
