摘要
回顾不同种类动物模型心肺复苏各自的优缺点,简述常用诱导动物心搏骤停的实验方法以及不同实验方法所导致的病理生理改变和心搏骤停造模流程,以及造模成功后各器官功能的改变。为临床不同发病病因所致的心搏骤停以及心搏骤停后人体器官功能改变、组织病理学、生化指标、生物标记物等的变化提供实验依据。
The advantages and disadvantages of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) in different animal models were reviewed. The common expermental methods for inducing cardiac arrest in animals, the pathophysiological changes caused by different experimental methods, the process of cardiac arrest modeling, and the changes of organ function after successful modeling were briefly described, to provide experimental basis for the clinical cardiac arrest caused by different causes and changes of organ function, histopathology, biochemical indicators and biomarkers after cardiac arrest.
